Tanner received special recognition at his middle school for "showing outstanding achievement or improvement in the areas of academics, behavior, citizenship, positive attitude and/or panther spirit."

Tanner was selected by his Physical Education teacher, Coach Nihart, for "positive attitude all the time, suits out for class, and shows respect to all students and staff."

A little awards ceremony was held to present the award, a metal bracelet that says,"PAW PRIDE."


Ever so excited (to be at school with his parents, I'm sure), he waits for it to begin.


Then he walks the red carpet!
