The FASTest Frogs
Taylin and Tanner have successfully finished their second year with the neighborhood swim team, the F.A.S.T. (Forest Area Swim Team) Frogs! They were both very dedicated, making it to practice everyday after school for the month of May and then every morning, bright and early, 7:45 a.m. to be exact, all of June. There were some cold mornings, but they were brave and did it with a smile!

That's a personal best in each stroke.

I think that is so cool that your kdis like swimming. I was actually on a swim team in Hg School.
It is a lot of hard work.
Congratulations on another season of swimming!!!
Go Nguyen's!!!
You really are a nguyen-ing team!! :) Sounds like we need to check out Fast FROGS for next season, it looks like tons more fun than the Red Cross one we've taken the last few years!!
Your new personal bests are amazing!
Ok, so I am a looser for not posting sooner! Especially after nagging you for a year to make a blog. :) I am proud of the kids for sticking with the swim team and trying so hard. And I am equally proud of you for updating your blog - much more recently than me. :)
